We hope you will join us for our annual Chronic Disease Awareness Day! This free and inspirational event will be held at the Colorado State Capitol on Wednesday, February 19th. This is your chance to connect and share your unique experiences with policymakers alongside other Coloradans living with chronic conditions, caregivers, and advocates.

Due to the strict rules at the Capitol around food and meeting rooms, we will transition mid-morning to an off-site location near the Capitol for more community conversations with policymakers over lunch.
